Responsibilities of the Richmond Cricket Club

Responsibilities of the Richmond Cricket Club will include-

1. Raising funds to provide a small allowance for The Player. Adam Gilchrist will provide several items of signed memorabilia, which are to be used by the club to raise these funds. Other events may also be arranged to raise funds.
2. Providing appropriate playing opportunities for The Player.
3. Supervising The Player’s cricketing activities.
4. Providing appropriate medical insurance for The Player, as well as Third Party Insurance cover.
5. Providing suitable accommodation, at a satisfactory rate, and the provision of employment opportunities which pay sufficiently to meet the cost of this accommodation.
6. Encouraging other clubs and cricket bodies to offer playing opportunities as deemed appropriate by the Richmond Cricket Club Scholarship Liaison Officer.
7. Covering all playing fees and costs for The Player.
