Responsibilities of Scholar's Home Club
Responsibilities of The Player’s Home Club will include:
- Conducting fund-raising activities in order to supplement the Scholarship Fund by at least $3,000.00. Adam Gilchrist will provide some items of signed memorabilia, which are to be used by the home club to raise these funds.
50% of the funds so raised are to be kept by the home club as an incentive to helping with the scholarship. The balance is to be paid into the Adam Gilchrist Cricket development Scholarship Fund.
If The Player’s home club is unable to raise this money, it will be the responsibility of The Player to negotiate with the Scholarship Co-ordinator regarding any shortfall. - Investigating the possibility of a reciprocal visit by a player nominated by the Richmond Cricket Club
