Cricket Development Scholarship
Adam Gilchrist is seeking applications from cricketers aged 20 and under in rural Australia to partake in his scholarship program to England. Over the past three years, Gilchrist, together with sponsors Nestle MILO, Puma, Albion Hat & Cap Company and Kelly Travel have combined to send a young cricketer to play a season with London's Richmond club.
The scholarship provides fares, accommodation and a small allowance, as well as a tremendous opportunity to play, coach and be coached in an exciting development program.

"I was lucky enough to have played a season in England as a kid, and to this day it remains one of the most enjoyable and important experiences in my career,'' Adam Gilchrist said. ``Hopefully through this scholarship program, Reece O’Connell (2004 winner), Ben Way (2005 winner), Mitch Power (2006 winner) and many youngsters in the future can have that same kind of experience."
